Instil is looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven expert in Demand Generation to build and scale a top of funnel strategy that will support and drive revenue KPIs. This role is critical as we bring a very unique product into a competitive space. You will partner directly with Sales and Product Marketing to own and grow a lead creation program, specifically designed to inspire our future customers to action.

This is a very special opportunity to make an impact, reporting directly to the COO. You will help build a marketing strategy from the ground up, supported by leadership with a proven track record of success, and alongside a high performing, high EQ GTM team.

What You Will Do

  • Experiment. Implement, track, and measure various approaches across multiple channels to better understand what works best for our unique brand.
  • Collaborate. Work directly with Sales and Product Marketing to establish a dynamic and methodical leadgen and content strategy that explores the nuance and challenges of the nonprofit sector
  • Drive Demand. You’ll own our top of funnel strategy, a critical component to providing sales with the tools they need to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Develop and execute on targeted go to market plans that drive awareness, engagement and adoption across our target customers.
  • Establish and manage core reports/dashboards to gauge campaign performance.
  • Manage our Paid Media partners on cross channel campaigns to ensure consistency in messaging throughout the funnel.

What You Possess

  • A results-oriented approach to revenue, understanding that quantity without quality is meaningless.
  • Preference for a high impact, high velocity startup environment with proven ability to work with a sense of urgency and agility
  • Unabashed, insatiable curiosity for your craft, and an experimental mindset. You constantly geek out on inventive ways to better engage prospects, develop our voice, and leverage modern tools.
  • Experience with product differentiation marketing in a competitive environment
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level strategy. Always asking “how could this improve?”, but also ensuring immediate accomplishments.
  • Authenticity! You’re as excited as we are about helping nonprofits in their mission, and crafting campaigns that will make our story and value proposition ubiquitous and resonant.
