We’re looking for a Head of Sales with a natural affinity for rapid growth startups, strategic vision derived from experience, and an emotionally intelligent approach to leadership. You strive for results with the understanding that the path you take to them is equally important.

This is a very special opportunity to make a huge impact, reporting to Karen Gift, COO.
You will build our sales function from a very early stage, supported by leadership with a proven track record of success, and alongside a high-performing, high-EQ GTM and Product team.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with leadership to develop a revenue playbook with well-structured sales plans.
  • Hire, develop and lead a team of highly motivated and disciplined sales and operations professionals to support the company’s revenue growth objectives
  • Personally close and manage key customer relationships
  • Exceed all revenue and operating goals, every time
  • Implement CRM and reporting systems, processes and other sales infrastructure to drive sound decision making and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with marketing and product to develop pricing strategies.
  • Identify, develop and successfully roll-out new product lines to achieve significant and rapid adoption
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide data-based summaries to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with finance function to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and cost budgets
  • Collaborate with product function to provide customer feedback and identify product requirements to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Partner with marketing function to establish successful demand generation, trade marketing, channel and partner programs

  • A communication skillset and style that strikes a balance between precise and concise. You have adaptive range, and communicate effectively, from SDRs to C-level prospects.
  • A results-oriented approach to revenue, understanding that quantity without quality is meaningless. You understand the balance of impact and growth and will ensure our success with longevity and reputation in mind.
  • Preference for a high impact, high velocity startup environment with proven ability to work with a sense of urgency and agility. You’re accustomed to change as a constant.
  • Unabashed, insatiable creativity and curiosity for your craft. An experimental mindset. You constantly geek out on ways to better take our product to market.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level strategy. Always asking “how could this improve?”, but also ensuring immediate accomplishments.
