Sales Development Representative

Who We Are

The Instil sales team is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships that connect us to the nonprofits we serve. We're a highly collaborative team, working with marketing and partnerships to ensure the success and delight of our customers.

We are seeking a high achieving SDR to join our sales team. You will play a key role sourcing qualified leads, targeting key sales channels and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns. You will work in collaboration with our sales and marketing leadership team.

Note that this is a predominantly outbound role with a heavy focus on cold calling.

The OTE for this role is $75k total, of which $50k is base. Benefits and equity offered

What You Will Do

  • Build targeted prospecting lists in the nonprofit sector
  • Follow up on marketing generated leads
  • Qualify prospects for potential sales opportunities
  • Meet daily metrics for cold call and message based outreach
  • Conduct initial discovery call and input notes in Hubspot CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on demand generation campaigns
  • Understand how Instil solves for the challenges nonprofits face
  • Acquire, update and validate contact information in Hubspot CRM
