What You Will Do
Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline in a highly methodical way, constantly refining to maintain steady “Smart” activity.
Adapt. Dynamically develop your pipeline to reflect our monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts as they evolve with our revenue strategy.
Work and collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to provide strategic input and feedback.
Develop a deep understanding of our product and its roadmap, and expertly deliver presentations to help prospects understand our value and long-term vision.
Carry your bag with grace and determination. Consistently push through your quota numbers and be well-compensated as you do.
What You Possess
An Inquisitive nature. Whether you’re steeped in the nonprofit software space and familiar with its nuances or brand new to it, you never stop learning and asking questions. Anyone who’s ever mentored you would say you’re a sponge.
A Voracious Appetite for communication. You thrive in ambiguous situations because you methodically communicate through them. You mitigate surprises and assumptions.
Great CRM Hygiene. You understand the importance of effective, consistent knowledge transfer in a highly collaborative, rapid growth environment.
Authenticity. Great salespeople know the first thing they ever sell is themselves. You’re not just motivated to hit and exceed quota, but you do so uncompromisingly and with integrity.
